ABODE at Dunn Creek is strategically located in Wake Forest, NC near the major travel corridors of the Dr. Calvin Jones Highway and Capital Boulevard, which feeds directly into the heart of Raleigh. The project is slated to begin sitework in 2023 and begin delivering units in 2024.

ABODE at Dunn Creek is located adjacent to the Holding Village master-planned community and is fewer than ten minutes by car from Wake Forest's historic downtown. Phase One of the project will feature 22 single-family homes and 191 townhomes across a combined total of seven floorplans, each with 3- to 4-bedrooms. ABODE at Dunn Creek will be one of the first build-to-rent offerings in Wake Forest, and each home will feature ABODE's intentionally-curated, renter-friendly design package.
