Founding Principal Justin Good leads the company’s efforts in the acquisition and development of multifamily assets throughout the Carolinas. In his 13-year real estate career, Justin has represented over $10 billion in transactions with a specific focus on multifamily sales, land sales, and joint venture equity placement transactions. Previous positions include Managing Director in HFF’s (now JLL) Carolinas office, Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, and Senior Vice President and Principal at Cassidy Turley.
